What should I do if I didn't specify Teg/Memo/Message when sending?

Since the deposit address for certain coins (XRP, EOS, XLM, BNB) is the same for all users, the TAG/MEMO serves as a unique identifier assigned to our account, allowing the exchange to identify the deposit and credit the funds to our balance. 
If you are reading this, an error has most likely already occurred.
The first thing to do is to stay calm. Your coins are not lost! However, a specific set of steps is needed to help retrieve these coins. Please follow the steps below carefully:
  1. Record a video, at least 10 seconds long, from your wallet showing this transaction in your history. The video should be of high quality so that everything is clearly visible. The sender’s address, hash, ticker, amount, and date of the transaction should be clearly visible. Refresh the page during the recording.
  2. Upload this video to Google Drive.Here are instructions on how to do this.
  3. Provide the TXID of your transfer. You can read more about what a TXID is and how to find it in your wallet here.
  4. Send the Google Drive link and your transfer TXID to the operator in the website chat.
  5. The operator will create a support ticket with the exchange that received the coins. Once we receive a positive response, the request will be processed at the rate applicable at the time the coins are credited to our wallet.
