Question: How does the affiliate program work?
Answer: By registering in our affiliate program, you receive a unique affiliate identifier, which is added to all your links (?exbpid=777) and HTML code. You can place links to any page of our service on your website, blog, page, in communities, and on social networks.
Question: How much will I earn by participating in your affiliate program?
Answer: It depends on many factors, such as:
1. The traffic of your website or sites where you share information about us.
2. The relevance of the website’s theme to the target audience that may be interested in currency exchange services. Simply put, don’t expect a large number of clicks on your affiliate link if it’s placed on a website dedicated to parrot breeding.
3. Correct information presentation. For example, a simple "currency exchange" link in the corner of a web page without any description is unlikely to attract much attention.
Question: If I place my affiliate link in a forum signature, will the clicks and all other affiliate program conditions be tracked?
Answer: Yes, of course, they will be.
Question: My website already has other affiliate programs. Can I still be your partner?
Answer: Yes, you can. We have no restrictions on working with other affiliate programs.
Question: Is my website suitable for the affiliate program?
Answer: We welcome any sites that do not contradict the terms of our affiliate program. You can view the list of terms here (section 6).
Question: How many levels are there in your affiliate program? Is recruiting new partners rewarded?
Answer: Our affiliate program has six levels. Recruiting new partners is not rewarded.
Question: I can’t log into my partner account. It says "Invalid username and password combination." I’m sure I’m entering the password correctly.
Answer: Make sure that your keyboard is not set to the Russian layout or that Caps Lock is off when entering your password. If you only remember your username, you can use the Password Reminder feature. The password will be sent to your email address provided during registration.
Question: How are the earned funds paid out?
Answer: Affiliate payouts are made through the WebMoney system in WMZ currency to the wallet specified by the partner during registration in the affiliate program. Typically, this takes no more than 2-3 hours. Please do not rush to contact us if 48 hours have not yet passed since your request – the administrator sees all requests and will process yours in any case.
