The Service is obliged to refund the Assets that were sent by the User to the Service’s accounts only if the Exchange did not take place.5.2. The Service is obliged to return the Assets to the sender’s account within 24 hours after receiving the address for the Refund and the Client’s consent to the Refund.6. The Service reserves the right to:6.1. Not issue a Refund until the User submits a Refund request. Any actions by the Service regarding the Refund of Assets according to this policy begin after the User contacts support. This means that without the User’s request, the Service will take no action concerning the Refund;6.2. Not reimburse the User for payment system fees during the Refund process;6.3. Deny the User a Refund if the Exchange for the Request was completed;6.4. Charge a Refund fee as specified in clause 8 if the Exchange cannot be completed due to reasons beyond the Service’s control, particularly when: the Service cannot complete the Exchange to a blocked, inactive, or limited User account; the Service cannot complete the Exchange for a Request created by the User with rule violations (incorrect wallet format, missing memo; unsupported network format, etc.);6.5. Not pay additional fees to the User;7. Special conditions:7.1. The Service stores the User’s Assets subject to Refund free of charge for 3 calendar months from the date the Request is created;7.2. The Service does not use the User’s Assets subject to Refund for commercial purposes, nor does it derive any investment or other profit from such Assets during the 3 calendar months from the date the Request is created;7.3. The Service may make exceptions and issue a Refund to the User’s account different from the one specified in the Request if a cryptocurrency Asset or tokens are to be returned.8. Fees:8.1. For Refunds covered by this policy, the Service charges a fee according to the schemes and rates specified in this article.
