You can change the details of a Request only through the email you provided when creating the Request! This is necessary so that we can verify you as the Request’s creator.The email should be sent to [email protected] from the address you used when creating the Request. The email should include:
  • Subject — your Request number
  • Body — new account details (or details for the Refund)
     
Once we receive your email, an operator will manually process the payment (or Refund) for the Request.If you specified an email that only allows you to view incoming emails (but not send them), please contact our customer support chat, after which a text-symbol code will be sent to your email. You will need to replicate this code in the chat with the operator.
If you provided an incorrect, erroneous, or temporary email, changing the details will only be possible through a video verification of the transaction (shared via a Google Drive link).
 
Video requirements:
  • The video must be recorded on the platform you used.
  • In the video, we need to see you open the transaction history and review its details. This information is required to confirm that the deposit was made by you. The sender’s address, hash, ticker, amount, and transaction date must be clearly visible.
  • The video must be of good quality, clear, and at least 10 seconds long.
  • Refresh the page during the video recording.
  • The video should be uploaded to Google Drive, and access to the file should be granted.
