Dear clients! The security of transaction processing may be at risk due to circumstances beyond our control. To prevent this, we recommend reviewing the following rules for electronic currency conversion:
- Always request identity verification from the person to whom you intend to transfer funds. This can be done through a personal call on Skype, ICQ, or by requesting wallet status information on the payment system’s website;
- Be extremely careful when filling out the “Account Number” field of the recipient. If you make a mistake, your funds may be sent in the wrong direction with no possibility of return;
- Never provide loans using "irrevocable" electronic payment systems. In this case, the risk of encountering fraud is very high;
- If you are asked to make a payment in a way different from what is specified in our service usage instructions, refrain from making the payment and report the issue to our specialist. The same applies to payments on requests that were not personally created by you;
- Avoid processing funds owned by third parties through your own bank accounts. There are known cases when such transactions, performed for a reward, led account holders to unwittingly become accomplices in financial crimes without being aware of the malicious intent of fraudsters;
- Always verify any information you receive in your email with a representative of the exchange service.
